Stack & Decorate Luxury Buttercream
- For bakers familiar with basics
- Make Angyono faux buttercream and Swiss meringue buttercream
- Learn to work with soft fillings while maintaining a stable tier with buttercream finish using cake paste
- Learn ways to keep buttercream stable in summer months
- Learn the importance of stacking tall tiers
- Step by step structure with dowels and boards
- Design a custom tall three tiered cake
- 7" inch, 5" inch and 3" inch 4 layer tiers
Stack & Decorate Luxury Fondant
- For bakers familiar with basics
- Make Angyono Faux buttercream, and learn to work with soft fillings
- Work with different commercial fondant and learn ways to troubleshoot common problems
- Work with ganache, cake paste and buttercream as a base under fondant.
- Learn the importance of stacking tall tiers
- Step by step structure with dowels and boards
- Design a tall custom luxury 3 tiered cake
- 7" inch, 5" inch, and 3" inch four layer tiers
